About us:
We pride ourselves in providing and delivering the highest standard of service to all mums and babies who participate in our classes. We are not Health Care Professionals or parenting experts. We are all mums and fully trained Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainers, between us we have a plethora of fitness and exercise knowledge. We all specialise as Ante and Postnatal instructors; all our training is up to date along with personal and public liability insurance. All venues that we use are suitable and fit for purpose and we personally ensure they meet the needs of MummaBfit.

Whilst every effort is taken to ensure the exercise class is suitable for postnatal women, the onus is on you, the mother, to understand that participation and the safety of both yourself and your child/children are your responsibility. It is down to the mother to ensure the safety and correct handling of your own child when under instruction and guidance from ourselves.

We personally check and clean all equipment used by both mother and baby weekly and do our up most to ensure it is all clean, safe and suitable for use. Please alert us if you find anything contrary to this.
