From Basingstoke to Hook, onto Church Crookham, Farnham, Ash & Aldershot we give you the chance to do something for you and exercise with your child right there with you. We are 100% dedicated to both you and your baby.
All classes that we offer are suitable for both Antenatal pregnant Mums and those new mum 6 weeks postnatal. We welcome all kiddies from babies through to crawlers, walkers, & talkers. Class sessions are 60min long including a group workout, cuppas, chit chat & lots of fun.

MummaBfit is run by mums, for mums. We are fully qualified, experienced, and knowledgeable. Having helped hundreds of mums recover and return to full fitness health following childbirth you are in the safest of hands. We are fully qualified and insured to hold both antenatal and postnatal workout classes. Between us we have multiple qualifications including Group Fitness Instruction, Personal Training, and nutrition. Classes are female only and provide a relaxed and non-judgmental environment for you and your kiddie. Classes are suitable for all abilities and fitness levels including a mixture of exercise styles including body weight, cardio, HIIT, strength & toning and circuits
Are you worried about returning to exercise following childbirth?Â
We are postnatally qualified and will take good care of you. We can give you postpartum recovery support and advice, help you with diastasis recti worries, support you whilst exercising and breast feeding and provide you with the care and support your postnatal body needs. Together we will work with you to help you work towards feeling fitter, stronger and healthier making exercise fun and enjoyable. We don’t take ourselves too seriously and laugh all the way through class you will start to notice yourself feeling fitter and stronger by coming to class in no time at all. You'll leave with a smile on your face, even after the most rubbish of nights sleep!
