What to expect in these Mum & Baby Exercise Classes
๐ Come join our classes to exercise in a fun and friendly environment where baby comes too.
๐ย Everything you and baby need is provided; playgyms, bouncers, swings, slings, toys, mats along with with all the exercise bits you need.
๐ย Meet other mums with similar aged babies all going through the same experiences as yourself.ย
๐ย Everything we do is suitable for all ailments and safe for postnatal bodies; along with this you will learn to rehabilitate and strengthen your core.
๐ย Regain your fitness, feel stronger, improve your cardio and watch your confidence grow with each and every class.
๐ย All classes are an hour long; the group exercise class is around 30 min long followed by cuppas, coffee, biscuits and chit chat.

๐ Because I strip back of all anxiety inducing craziness of a busy exercise class, new mum fear and the embarrassment of not feeling up to your old self or fitness level.
๐ In our exercise classes it doesn't matter if your baby needs a cuddle, a nappy change or a feed; you can just get on and do worry free?
๐ Because in my exercise classes I will not only help you increase your fitness level but also gave you the opportunity to sit and relax at the end to chit chat with those around you and enjoy a hot drink.
