Before we start working together, here’s everything you need to know about how this coaching program works, what you can expect from me, and, what I expect from you.
How long is the coaching?
This is a 12-week (3-month) 1:1 coaching program with the option to continue afterward on a rolling basis. Think of it as a full reset with long-term potential.
What's the monthly cost?
The program is paid in three monthly instalments, or you can pay upfront if you prefer. Pricing is discussed during your call to make sure it’s the right fit for both of us.
But fear not, we aren’t talking massive bucks!
Location — does it matter if I’m not in the UK?
Not one bit. It doesn’t matter if you’re in the U.S. and I’m based in the UK — this is fully online, message-based coaching that works no matter the time zone.
You’ll get the same support, accountability, and results as my UK clients. Plus, you get to say you’re coached by The British Weight Loss Lady.Â
Do I need to exercise?
No, you don’t need to exercise to lose weight.
If movement helps you feel better, we’ll build it in. But I won’t ask you to live in the gym.
Do I have to completely change my diet?
Nope. This isn’t about overhauling your life or eating sad salads.
You won’t be told to give up pizza nights, takeout, or chocolate. We’ll work with the food you already love and adjust the how much - not restrict the what.
Will you look at more than just food?
Yes. We’ll look at your overall lifestyle: food habits, activity levels, stress, sleep, movement, time demands - even how you talk to yourself.
Can you work with me while I’m using a weight loss jab?
Absolutely - and I encourage it.
Because even if medication is helping now, you still need to work on your habits, lifestyle choices, and activity levels. That way, when the jab stops, you don’t undo all your hard work.
What if I go on holiday or vacation?
Perfect. That’s exactly the kind of thing we plan around.
You’ll get the tools to enjoy your break, feel good in your body while you’re away, and come back without guilt or the usual “start again” drama.
Can I cancel or pause the program?
This is a 12-week commitment. Once you sign up, you’re committing to the full 3 months.
After that, you’re welcome to stay on and continue - many women do.
