Unsure what’s going? Struggling with a tight neck, sore back, or general discomfort—but not sure what’s causing it?

This session includes a full assessment (posture, movement, and function) followed by hands-on massage to begin resolving the issue.

Perfect if you're looking for answers, not just a quick fix and the option for ongoing treatment, pain management & solution as we can then continue treatment over a period of time providing further relief and treatment for the area.

🔹 Ongoing Treatment - Follow on from initial consultation - £45

This session builds on your initial consultation; ideal if you’re continuing treatment for an ongoing concern. Includes a short check-in, function and range of movement testing followed with a massage tailored to your progress.

Standard Sports Massage:

Know the issue and just want a good old deep tissue massage? Let’s get to work, no full assessment, no chit-chat - straight to hands-on treatment for a specific areas and perfect for when you know what’s tight and just need it sorted.

🔹 One Area Massage - £35

One area: single neck & shoulder area, a quad, a hamstring, a calf

🔹 Two Areas - £55 

 For example: both calves & hamstrings, glutes & hamstrings, both shoulders & neck, quads and hamstrings.
