🍼 Mum & Baby Pilates
Gentle, low-impact Pilates suitable for mums postnatal and beyond. These daytime sessions help you reconnect to your core, strengthen your pelvic floor, improve posture, and ease your overall tightness and discomfort. Babies, toddlers, and preschoolers are welcome!

Classes are Tuesday Mornings at 11am

🌙 Evening Adult Pilates
Child-free and calm, these evening classes are open to all -from postnatal to over 50s & men. Perfect for unwinding, building deep strength, working on stability and resetting your posture.
✔️ Suitable for all levels, including beginners
✔️ Focus on strength, mobility, and balance
✔️ A quiet hour just for you
Classes are Tuesday Evenings at 19:30

What to Expect in Class
In our beautiful rural fitness studio in Dummer, Basingstoke, all classes are taught by experienced instructors who understand the demands of motherhood, recovery, and everyday life. You'll be guided through movements that target your core, hips, back, shoulders, and pelvic floor, helping you feel stronger and more supported from head to toe.
No pressure, no fast pace - just calm, intentional movement that works with your body, not against it.
Our Mum and Baby classes are designed to allow all kiddies to come along so mum can still exercise without the need for childcare.

- Bolt On: if you already have a membership with us bolt on Pilates and Core Classes for ÂŁ12.50 p/m
- Pilates Only Membership: £55/month – includes 4 credits/month for use in any Pilates class
- Evening Combo Membership: £82/month – includes 4 SGPT credits and 4 Pilates credits (save 25%)
- Included in Our All In Membership: £90/month – includes access to everything MummaBfit offers.
- Block Booking: 6 Pilates credits for £75 – valid for 10 weeks, no auto-renew

Hi, I'm Hannah! I'm a newly qualified Level 3 Pilates instructor with a deep passion for fitness that has been part of my life for many years. My Journey into Pilates began long before I decided to make it my career, and it truly transformed after the birth of my little boy, Dylan.
As a qualified weight and nutrition coach, I understand the importance of a holistic approach to health and wellness. My experiences in both fitness and nutrition have inspired me to help others discover the benefits of body conditioning.
I'm excited to share my love for Pilates and guide others on their own Wellness Journeys. Let's move, strengthen and find balance together.

Hi, I’m Beth!
My journey into Pilates was a natural progression - combining my background in dance with a form of movement that promotes strength, flexibility, and control.
I started dancing when I was little and with a love of movement, I went on to complete a degree in dance, which really deepened my connection to how the body moves and functions.
After uni, like many people, I found myself in a few jobs that just didn’t light me up. I knew something was missing - and I kept coming back to my passion for movement, well-being, and working with people in a more meaningful way.
I’m a Level 3 Matwork qualified Body Control Pilates instructor (since 2019), Pilates is such a gentle and powerful way to feel stronger, more aligned, and more at home in your body. I’m especially passionate about alignment and posture - it’s amazing how small adjustments can completely change the way you move and feel.
Alongside Pilates, I’m also qualified in Swedish massage, which has deepened my understanding of physical wellbeing. This holistic approach allows me to support clients not just through movement, but also through recovery and relaxation.
For me, teaching Pilates is all about building confidence, reconnecting with your body and feeling your best. My goal is to create a supportive and encouraging space, to help you achieve balance and strength through mindful movement.
