Join us for a baby friendly Pilates journey that’ll leave you feeling stronger, more flexible, and supported as you reconnect with your body after baby and into motherhood.

1-hour sessions with 30 minutes of Pilates followed by a cuppa and catch-up time.
Realignment to bring your body back into balance after pregnancy.
Core strengthening to help heal abdominal gaps (diastasis recti) and improve posture.
Flexibility and stability in the pelvis and hips – great for those who’ve had pelvic pain or hip discomfort.
Focus on strengthening the pelvic floor, core muscles, and back – all while nurturing your body’s recovery.
