SGPT stands for Small Group Personal Training—and it’s everything 1-2-1 training wishes it was. More energy, more fun, more accountability... and, honestly? Mums actually push harder together.
Our ladies-only small group PT sessions in Basingstoke are child-free, community-driven, and designed to help you lift, sweat, and feel amazing—without the gym bro vibes.

What to Expect in a Session
- Strength-focused training using kettlebells, dumbbells, and bodyweight
- Form coaching, progress tracking, and real support from your coach
- A mix of circuits, lifts, supersets, and intervals
- Sessions adapted to your level - whether you're a beginner or ready to lift heavy
Each class is capped at 10 mums max to make sure you get the attention you need, without being lost in the crowd.
And did we mention? They're child-free. These evenings are just for you. No distractions. No baby wipes. Just pure focus and fun.

All SGPT sessions are held at the MummaBfit Barn in Basingstoke:
- Monday Evenings – 7:30 PM
Booking is essential as spaces are limited to 10 per class.
