All classes take place at the MummaBfit Barn in Basingstoke or at one of our external locations.

Note: All classes are baby-friendly unless otherwise stated. SGPT and evening Pilates are child-free.

Class Descriptions
Mum & Baby Signature Exercise Classes
Introducing our original classes; these fun, energetic classes for mums and their little ones. Expect a mix of strength, cardio, and circuits in a relaxed, baby-friendly space. From 6 weeks postnatal to school-age and beyond.
Core Strength Course
A 6-week course blending Pilates-style control with functional movement to target core, back, hips, and glutes. Perfect for easing pain, improving posture, and building confidence.
SGPT (Small Group PT)
Child-free, evening training sessions with a small group of like-minded mums. Strength-focused, coach-led, and limited to 10 for personalised support. Expect results and fun!
Pilates - Mum & Baby & Adult Only Classes
Gentle, low-impact sessions to stretch, strengthen, and support your body. Evening classes designed for mums who want to wind down and restore strength without pressure.
1-2-1 PT
Private sessions for mums who want fully tailored support. Great for injury rehab, returning to exercise, or building strength and confidence at your own pace.
Sports Massage
From September we will be able to offer Sports Massages, perfect for those stiff necks, tight hamstrings and aching backs. Vicky is in the mists of qualifying and when she does, like everything, she will specialise in ladies physic and the postnatal body
