Unfortunately not.
This is a small business and not a large corporate one. To freeze your space would mean we loose revenue on a space and in some cases, in our most popular classes, prevent another person from joining.
Registering and creating an account does not give you access to the classes.
Access is only given once you have paid for your membership or registered for a free taster week.
Only paying customers have access to classes.
We aim to keep classes running all year around despite the overall yearly membership being pro-rata'd to give us instructors time off to spend holidays with our kiddies.
As a general rule we reduce down to a skeletal timetable in the school holidays but classes do still run.
Memberships are prorata'd to 42 weeks of the year to allow for closures and unforseen cancelations
Classes do not run the last 2 weeks in August or first week in September and 2 weeks over Christmas. Again this is taken into account in the membership costs.
NO we do not.
If you forget to cancel, this is on you.
we require 48 hours minimum notice to cancel and this is quite clearly stated throughout all booking procedures, membership pages and transaction.
We will of course be accommodating in exceptional circumstance, we are human and not that mean, but as a general business rule, no.
On memberships, no. You have the option to attend as many or as little classes in any one week. There is no set number of classes to attend on the membership.
If you miss a class on PAYG of block book option the class will be credited back to you IF CANCELLED on the app 1 hour BEFORE the class starts.
Yes at any time you can cancel you membership.
We require minimum 48 hour hours notice before the date of payment to cancel payment our end.
Anything less than 48 hours notice will see the payment taken and refunds are not given.

Absolutely! Classes are mad, kids everywhere and having just as much fun as you.
Let them go crazy, some even join in with the exercises!
Ensure you come dressed in clothing suitable to exercise in. I would advise a good supportive sports bra and a good pair of trainers (although neither are essential) bring with you your water bottle and anything particular you feel your child would like. We provide all the workout equipment and toys for children.
Firstly, you are not alone. Everyone is in the same boat and almost every mumma that walks through our door was nervous and worried at some point.
The moment you walk in an instructor will come and say Hi and welcome you to class. We will have a quick conversation with you, getting to know you and baby and chat through a quick medical with you.
Then we will help you find a space in class and make sure you and kiddie are comfortable. I can 100% assure you that another mum will chat to you almost instantly.
It is our mission to ensure you feel like you've always belonged in class; MummaBfit is not a clicky group or a judgmental. You won't sit there feeling alone or forgotten.
As for your child, tend to them and give them all they need. If baby need feeding or a cuddle then please do. Don't worry about your child crying or not sharing toys, all kiddies do this and we are all used to it.
Rest assured no one is looking at you if your child goes into meltdown.
If you are still nervous before coming then email or text us, chat it through and we will do our very best to help.
