You do not need to be cleared by the doctor to attend however if you know there to be a reason why you should not be exerciseing please contact us.
No age limits on the age of children that can attend and you are most welcome to bring siblings along. We provide a wide range of toys, baby parafinalia, play mats, bouncers and bits n bobs to keep everyone happy
