Absolutely not. You’ll learn how to include the foods you love on purpose, so they fit into your week without derailing progress.


Q2: Will I have time for this?
Yes. Everything we do is designed to fit into real life — school runs, work, chaos and all. We’ll set minimums for busy weeks so you always move forward, even when life gets messy.


Q3: Do I need to count calories?
Ideally yes, if not then to start with at least.
We’ll use calorie awareness as a tool to help you understand your portions and choices, not as a lifelong rule. Once you’ve built confidence and structure, we’ll move toward eating more intuitively while still staying in control.


Q4: Do I need to go to the gym?
No. We’ll build more movement into your day using what’s already available — steps, walks, lifts, even carrying the shopping.


Q5: What happens after the 12 weeks?
