Here is all you need to know about coming to class!

All classes, sessions & appointments take place in our amazing fitness studio in Dummer, Basingstoke

How to find us: Take the exit off junction 7 roundabout towards Dummer Golf Club. Continue along Down Street past the Queen Inn on your right hand side before coming to a T junction. Turn right and immediately you will see a turning on the left to Manor Farm and a sign for MummaBfit. Follow the signs to the parking up the top in a private paddock & our barn on the left hand side under the gables.

Parking:
We have plenty of free parking in a paddock just up the lane from the barn. This is sign posted as you pull in to the lane off the main road. The paddock is at top top of the lane past some houses on the right.
Once inside the paddock please park along the left hand side and DO NOT BLOCK ACCESS TO THE RED GATE at the bottom. Access is required by the stables.
There is space to park 15 (only max 12 people come to class) if needs be please block each other in. There is plenty of switch over time between classes to allow mums in and out.
DO NOT PARK ON THE GRASS VERGES ALONG THE LANE OR OUTSIDE THE BARNS ITSELF.
Do not panic about getting to class, it is a 2 min stroll max from car to barn and there is plenty of room in the barn for buggies. Class starts 10 min after the session start time so plenty of time to get in and get settled.
You can park out on the main road if you wish and do so at your own risk.
Prams & car seats:
We have plenty of room in the entrance hall itself so please feel free to bring prams or car seats with you.
What to bring:
If coming to a Mum and Baby class bring yourself, your bubba, a water bottle and babies nappy bag and paraphernalia. We have everything else; toys, blankets, playmats - everything! If you like you can come without children (lots of mums do)
If you are coming to a class without children or an appointment again you do not need to bring anything other than your personals and a water bottle.
We recommend you dress in sports wear, a good supportive bra and sports trainers suitable for workouts
Lastly:
Don't feel nervous!
We pride ourselves in being laid back, chilled and lots of fun.
I doesn't matter if you feel unfit or haven't exercised in a really long time. It doesn't matter if baby is fussy or you need to tend to them. It doesn't matter if you do not know anyone as we are a really friendly group.
We are here for you and baby, to help you escape the house, move your body and do something for yourself. We've all been there; we know what it is like to be an exhausted new mum, to come to class not knowing anyone, to fret about parking or to run late.
Our job is to make you laugh, enjoy your time with us and to leave you smiling.
Prior to your first class you'll receive a message from one of us instructors; if you have any worries or concerns please say and we'll do all we can to help

Mum to 3 Boys aged 3, 6 &14 and a little Girl aged 1!
Self confessed jigsaw puzzle fanatic, who loves binging a Netflix series and is obsessed with foxes and her Campervan!
Vix is qualified in Sports Massage, A Personal Trainer, Fitness instructor, Pre & Postnatal qualified and a Level 4 nutritionist & a Weight Loss Coaching

Chase!
Teaches Main MummaBfit Classes.
Mum to twin boys aged 8 and a little boy aged 2 months
Originally from the Dominican Republic Chase is often found covered in bruises from playing her all time favorite sport Roller Derby.
Chase is both a fitness instructor and a Pre & Postnatal specialist and currently studying her PT qualification

Hannah!
Teaches Evening Pilates.
Mum to a little boy aged 1
A newly qualified Level 3 Pilates instructor with a deep passion for fitness that has been part of my life for many years.
Outside of her main corporate job Hannah is a qualified weight and nutrition coach, Fitness Instructor, Pilates Instructor and currently studying for her Personal Trainer qualification.

Beth!
Teaches Mum & Baby Pilates.
Mum to a little boy aged 4 and a little girl aged 1
Beth qualified in 2019 as a Level 3 Matwork qualified Body Control Pilates instructor and has a back ground in dance and movement.
Beth is also qualified in Swedish Massage and is looking to bring these skills to the barn soon.
