What are Core Strengthening Classes?
These expert-led classes are more than just a core class - they are full-body reset focused on strength, alignment, and control.
Think Pilates-inspired precision meets functional core rehab, designed for real mums and real-life demands.
- Deep Core Activation:Â Strengthen your transverse abdominis, obliques, and pelvic floor through mindful, targeted movements.
- Glutes & Hip Strengthening:Â Build strength and control in the glutes, hips, and quads to reduce back pain and improve posture.
- Pelvis Alignment:Â Realign and stabilise your pelvis to support a stronger, more balanced core.
- Back Support:Â Strengthen the back to stop overcompensating and relieve chronic pain and tension.
- Functional Movement: Learn how to apply core control to your day-to-day life—from lifting your baby to carrying bags.

- As always; Experienced Instructor:Â Led by a qualified postnatal expert with over a decade of experience coaching mums through recovery and beyond.
- Not Your Typical Abs Focused Class:Â No endless sit-ups or planks. Just real, restorative movement that builds lasting strength where it matters.
- Slower Paced: we take it down a level and focus on form over high octane reps. This class is for mastering control and engagement of your core.
- Community Vibes:Â Supportive group of mums, with tea and chats after every session.
- Children Welcome:Â Bring your baby or toddler - no childcare needed.

- 11am:Â Session time of 1 hour including cuppas (a must)
- Location: MummaBfit Barn HQ, Dummer – Basingstoke (Junction 7, M3)
- Price: Various options to join either via membership, bolt on or one off block bookings.Â
- Spaces:Â Limited to 10 per session for personalised attention
